Welcome to our NEW (built in 2023) corner unit downtown condo! At a spacious 1,500 square feet, this is one of the largest units in the building. Sleeps 8 on super soft new beds. Building amenities (all same floor as our unit) include a pool, cabanas, fire pits, grill, gym, lounge & free secure parking garage. Just 6 blocks from Broadway Ave & 4 blocks from the Music City Center. Less than 1 mile to Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Ryman Auditorium, Ascend Amphitheater, Music Row & The Gulch. Nashville Vibes welcomes you with a dramatic entry hallway leading to the living area, highlighted by a large neon Nashville Vibes sign set on a 7 foot by 7 foot tall juniper greenery wall. We've included a selfie stand so you can take fun group photos during your stay. Beyond that are black and white print wall art candids of Nashville's country music legends, as you come into the living room and kitchen from the hallway. The living room is huge, with room to seat everyone on the sectional sofa, side chairs, barstools and kitchen table chairs. Head outside to our wraparound balcony to enjoy a Nashville sunset! Both bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds (six total beds that sleep 8 comfortably). Nobody in your group has to slum it on a pull out couch! With a stay in our unit, you will have access to all of the common spaces in the building. We use the Latch app so everyone in your group can have access to the unit, pool, gym, parking garage and front lobby door via the downloaded app on their phones. Your phone is your key! The heated pool is open from March 1 through October 31.

Welcome to Nashville! I've been a resident of this vibrant and exciting city since I moved here in 1997, the day after graduating college. I enjoy finding fun new things to do in and around Nashville with my wife and our son. Finding new and amazing dining experiences is easy here, as it seems there is a new restaurant with award-winning chef opening weekly! I live just two miles away in a neighborhood called 12South (a great place to add to your Nashville checklist if you like food, drinks, shopping and viewing 100+ year old homes along tree-lined streets in this walkable urban neighborhood), and I'm happy to answer any questions or provide any recommendations for you to help make your time in Nashville as enjoyable as possible. Located in Downtown Nashville in the So Bro (short for South of Broadway) area, our condo is part of a new short-term rental construction development with 83 total units. You are located just seven blocks from the famed Broadway Ave entertainment district, and if you're here for a business convention, the Music City Center convention center is just four blocks away. Also within a mile from our condo are most of Nashville's largest attractions and venues, including: Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Ascend Amphitheater, Frist Art Museum, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. E-scooters/e-bikes and Uber/Lyft are the most common ways to get around downtown Nashville quickly and easily, if you don't feel like walking it all. There is a train track that runs adjacent to the Hyve building, so you will hear the dull noise of trains moving by from time to time (no horn blaring or anything though). The train track runs all through many downtown urban residential areas. We have noise machines and Vornado fans in each bedroom for you in case you like background noise when sleeping.
