The two story home has an airy floor design with the living/dining room open to the kitchen. A designated workspace immediately off the kitchen with a full European designed bathroom next to it. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths are upstairs w/roof veranda located off the third bedroom. Outside is a small bricked outdoor patio that wraps around the home. Covered front porch with seating greets you at the entrance. Property has a detached garage that is a separate airbnb space used by other guests.

Local hot spots such as Soho, Hyde Park Village, Westshore District, downtown, Seminole heights and Armature works are a short Uber ride away. If you’re in to the arts, Tampa's Riverwalk and Curtis Hixon Park is approximately 6 minutes away by car. The house is also a short drive (5-10 minutes) to Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena. Clearwater beach is approximately a 30 minute drive. Tampa blends the bustle of a commercial hub with the subtropical charms of a winter resort. The city is the Tampa Bay Area’s cultural center as well, with a buzzy restaurant scene, art museums, and theaters. As you’d expect, given the winter and spring tourism, activities for visitors with relaxation on the brain are plentiful. But Tampa is a locals’ town, too, as you’ll discover by meandering around the hip neighborhoods of Seminole and Hyde Park or joining the joggers on the 2.6-mile Riverwalk, which cuts through the heart of town.
