There is NO laundry. PLEASE NOTE: you only have access to the enclosed front yard, the back yard is not permitted access to the back yard. the kitchen door that opens to the back yard will be closed and locked so it won't be able to open to the back porch. If you want the laundry to be done we can have it done additionally cost per lb, their close alternatives laundry mats close by Dogs are NOT allowed you will need to ask the owner permission as long as these rules are followed: 1) The dog must be kept on a leash at all times on our property 2). No animal allowed in the backyard or allowed to go in the back yard. There is plenty of areas that may be used if necessary and plenty of brush areas as well.

it is a quiet neighborhood so no party or events are allowed in the house. please inform your guests about parking that is essential. The backyard is off-limits. and their coin laundry around that does wash fold. We Very close and centrally located to everywhere recommended to have a car. We are located ne historical miami , Museum, antique shops, Historic Miami shores with local restaurants, Gulf course, miami shores pool and park and shops. As well we 15 away from the Hard rock stadium. 10 drive yo historic Calle ocho, 15 minutes drive yo key Biscayne and coral gables. 20 minutes to Hollywood. What’s close mimo mozzarella cafe, sins gastro bar, three palms Cuban restaurant , Starbucks and Dunkin. We have a very nice fall food hall just a 3-minute drive called the Citadel, Famous Proper sausage, Le creme French bakery off of ne 125 St next to the North Miami museum. 10- 15 away from Miami airport, Miami Beach, and downtown, 20 min drive away from Fort Lauderdale airport. You can always ask what to do, born raised in miami and love restaurants .
