They don't have access to this property and don't share any of the amenities. -Parking available in the driveway. -Propane BBQ. Note BBQ propane is on an honor system. Please fill it up after use for the next guest. Please make sure to clean the BBQ after use. -No garage access. -Portable window AC in one bedroom only. Check-in requirments (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hour prior to your arrival): *Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required. *A picture of your credit card front & back *The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement and credit card authorization form will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn’t signed by the time of check-in, we can’t check you in. *3rd party reservations aren’t allowed. Please make sure you make the reservation name under the individual that will be checking in and staying the full duration of the reservation. Reservations can’t be transferred, or name change after the reservation is booked. *All reservations 25 days and over will require a background check. (Please note the background check will also provide us with your credit score) *Any reservation 25 nights and over, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation. *For reservations over 25 nights and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Additional charges for unapproved late check-out shall be incurred by Renter at up to 250.00 dollars per hour past check-out time. Pets are allowed with written authorization prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees. The authorized pet fee per pet/per night is 45 USD. Stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to 35 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to 25 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to 15 USD per pet/ per night.
