A convenient half-bath is located just off the kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find two guest bedrooms: one is a bunk room perfect for the kids with its own ensuite bath and walk-in shower, while the second is a second primary suite with a king bed, walk-in shower, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Each bedroom includes a Smart TV, providing entertainment for everyone in your group. Enjoy peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings on the outdoor deck, complete with rocking chairs, a sectional sofa, ceiling fans, and stunning sunrise views—the perfect spot for coffee and a good book. After a long day on the beach, guests have access to an outdoor shower. There is a 4 seater golf cart available for rent! We do apologize, this home is not pet friendly. Harbor Island is a peaceful, gated community located 14 miles (22 km) east of Beaufort, South Carolina. It has three outdoor pools, tennis courts, a putting green, and three miles of pure, untamed, sandy white beach create a private vacation playground unlike any other. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1st - October 31st. ** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass.
