Main Level The spacious open floor plan on the main level is designed for gathering, featuring a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Guests can share meals together around the large dining table with seating for eight, or enjoy casual meals at the kitchen island with room for four. After a day at the beach, the living room invites you to unwind in its Mediterranean decor, with the cozy glow of an electric fireplace and large flat-screen TV. A few steps away, just outside the sliding glass door, is a screened-in porch that provides the perfect setting to sip a drink, watch breathtaking sunsets, and spot coastal birds over the water. There is also a street-facing king bedroom on the upper level with a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity, and two additional bedrooms with queen beds (one with access to the balcony and a twin pull out sofa) that share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Outdoor Living Fire up the propane grill on the lower level (back) concrete deck while enjoying the serenity of the tidal pond views. Harbor Island is a peaceful, gated community located 14 miles (22 km) east of Beaufort, South Carolina. It has three outdoor pools, tennis courts, a putting green, and three miles of pure, untamed, sandy white beach create a private vacation playground unlike any other. The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1st - October 31st. ** Please note there is enough parking for up to 3 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned** Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass.
