If the office does not receive your signed copy 24 hours prior to arrival there will be an additional check-in fee of hundred dollars charged by the building office. The fee will need to be paid before check-in. If this property is booked same day, an additional hundred dollars check-in fee will apply. Additional docs will be emailed out and must be completed 24 hour before arrival. You will need to check in with the office staff to check in and get the key. *Any reservation 25 nights and over, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, directly to the utility company and placed in their name for the total days on the reservation. *For reservations over 25 nights and less than 90 nights, you have the option to pay a flat rate fee for utilities instead of switching them into your name. Please request the current estimate for this property of the monthly flat fee on utilities.

Unauthorized pets will result in a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees. The authorized pet fee per pet/per night is 45 USD. Stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to 35 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to 25 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to 15 USD per pet/ per night.
