This house is the perfect balance of closeness to the action but still tucked on a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is a mix of newly built modern homes, remodeled homes, and older homes in a transitional up-and-coming neighborhood where some blocks are not developed, and yet it is a safe place for you to relax! The house is in the diverse and growing community of Downtown Durham. Breweries, a farmers' market, Central Park, and restaurants galore are nearby. Your car can be parked right in front of the house. Please do not park on the left side of the property as it belongs to the neighbors. Additional parking is available curbside in the cul-de-sac. Please do not block the neighbors driveway when parking on the cul-de-sac. Public bus transportation is available one block from the property. Uber, Lyft, or driving is recommended to get around this area.
