New, fully renovated house. Peaceful neighborhood in a nice corner lot of 9,500 sf. Five minutes walk from Shamrock Park and Nature Center where you have, walk/bike trails, tennis & basketball courts, playgrounds, etc. Five minutes driving distances from the beach (Caspersen Beach) and downtown where you will find nice restaurants and entertainment.
