Walking distance to the boat launch on Icicle Creek(for those lazy summer inner-tube floats), the Fish Hatchery (for a beautiful walk, snowshoe, or XC skiing by the river), and Icicle Ridge trail. A short 7min drive to downtown but far enough away to escape the occasional craziness. Just south of downtown toward Icicle canyon, you are met with the best view in all of town as you stare up at towering Wedge Mountain, Edward Peak (Sleeping Lady), and the backside of some of the amazing Enchantment Peaks. Walking distance to the boat launch on Icicle Creek (for those lazy summer inner-tube floats), the Leavenworth Fish Hatchery (for a beautiful walk, snowshoe, or XC skiing by the river), and Icicle Ridge trail for one of the most popular and accessible hikes in Leavenworth. A very short drive to downtown Leavenworth has you just close enough to be there in 7mins while being far enough away to escape the craziness of some of our busiest weekends. Close by are many wonderful local residents in the surrounding houses (including the owner next door) so we do request that you keep the noise down as you would in your own neighborhood and absolutely no parties.
