Plum Cove is a quiet, family-friendly townhome neighborhood located in The Galena Territory. The neighborhood is situated on a wooded lot with seasonal views of Lake Galena, and it is only a short drive to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions that Galena has to offer. The community also has a number of amenities, including a swimming pool, tennis courts, and access to the Owners' Club. Driving around the Territory is the fastest way to get around. You can also bike and walk just about anywhere, utilizing over 20 miles of walking trails that also take you to Lake Galena, Thunder Bay Falls, the Marina, and many other places throughout the Galena Territory. Parking is free, uncovered, and right outside the front of the house. Snow plowing reminder: Our townhouse association shovels and salts the walkways outside of the house. The Galena Territory plow drivers begin plowing roads once the snow has stopped falling. Plows must have at least 2 inches of accumulation during one snowfall to be called out. ➞ We provide starter sets of paper towels, toilet paper, firewood, and coffee. You may need to bring/buy more if you use it all. ➞ Our home is part of a townhouse association that maintains the exterior. They typically inform us of scheduled work ahead of time. We will let you know about anything we are aware of. However, they may occasionally show up unannounced for various reasons. Here is your heads-up! ➞ The loft area can get warm in the summer (even with the A/C on). Use the ceiling fan and portable fan to help cool this area. ➞ Your stay includes six amenity tags. Territory policy says that each individual aged 5 and above must have their own tag. If your group has more than 6 individuals who are 5 years old or older, you will need to buy a daily pass from the Owners' Club for each additional person per day so they can also access amenities like the pool.
