This Newpark resort townhome has a private hot tub and is ideally located in the heart of the mixed-use Newpark District. As you walk into the front door of the townhome you'll enter the open floor plan connecting the living area to the dining room and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace, high ceilings with exposed beams, a large flat-screen TV and a comfy sleeper sofa. Just steps past the living area, the dining table seats four and opens up to the kitchen, with space for three more at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gas range. There’s also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the main level. Up the stairs and to the left, you’ll find the main bedroom, complete with a balcony overlooking the wetlands preserve and the walking path in the park. In addition to the main bedroom upstairs, equipped with blackout drapes, you can step outside from the main level to the second spacious deck and you'll enjoy your own private hot tub! This great mountain townhome is ideally located in the new Newpark Shopping District, a family-oriented area loaded with restaurants, movie theaters, and major retailers like Whole Foods. Try Red Rock Junction, the local brewpub a short walk from the front door, or Blue Sushi, the local favorite sushi restaurant also nearby. The Canyon's resort is only a few minutes' drive away. Downtown Park City and the Park City Resort lifts are a short driving distance, and Deer Valley is just down the road. The Park City area is a mecca for outdoor activities year-round including skiing, hiking, biking and golf. Step outside at dawn or dusk to spot the three resident beavers. The living room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space.
