LIVING AREAS The inviting Great Room features vaulted ceilings, a comfy sectional, two armchairs, and a 55 flat-screen TV. A gas fireplace provides a warm ambience. The second living area is outfitted with a full-size futon, armchair, and a 46 flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Sliding glass doors lead to a large deck. Gather for meals at the eight-person dining table. Additional seating for three is available at the bar. BEDROOMS & BATHS This two-story home sleeps up to 11 guests between four bedrooms and a full-size futon in the second living area. The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed and a 50 flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bathroom includes a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin-size daybed. Two guest bathrooms are each equipped with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREAS Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a cookout on the ample back deck. Eat alfresco at the outdoor dining tables, with combined seating for 10. The grassy backyard provides plenty of space to run and play. Enjoy a game of ping-pong in the garage, or get a workout on the provided exercise machine. The front porch offers the perfect place to savor a crisp drink for two.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
