Newly upgrade 2 bed two bath apartment .Located in peaceful neighborhood! Free LINENS About 15 minute walking to the beach! Plenty of restaurant around : Harpoon Hannah - 2 minutes Catch 54 -5 min Flying fish (great sushi place)5 min by car Our harvest -5 min by car North Surf park -5 min walking You can do kayaking from the bayside 2 min walking The movie theater is 10 min walking distance. Viking mini golf and water park and so much more to do ! Very close to tax free DE!

The condo is on 144th street in very friendly neighborhood. There is a playground for the people with kids .Very closed restaurant with bar . There is a place to rent a boat (5 min walking distance) 10min away is a bus station . lift or Uber are great options if you don't want to drive
