Back in Anchorage's historic Bootlegger Cove, you will find Elderberry and Nulberry Park and this quaint, art-filled apartment. Adorned with wallpaper, paintings, prints, and artifacts - every room in this cheerful abode gives off the aura of warmth and presents a feeling of intentional space and time. Take in the sun as it pours in from the home's windows and into the colorful living room, where you can lounge and relax on the soft seating. The adjacent kitchen comes equipped with all of the necessities like a large fridge, a gas range, a blender, a food processor, a slow cooker, and other gourmet gadgets. In the bedroom, discover an en suite bathroom and an extremely comfortable mattress, ensuring a good night's rest - every night. THINGS TO KNOW There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued. This apartment is not equipped with air-conditioning.
