This family-friendly condo is a fantastic getaway for your next vacation in Northstar! Surrounded by the gorgeous landscape, you'll experience serenity among the trees. Step inside to find plentiful natural light, ample space for everyone to stretch out, a wood-burning/gas fireplace (wood is provided) that you can curl up to with a mug of hot cocoa after a day on the slopes, and a classic Super Nintendo Entertainment System to enjoy with your loved ones. During the summer months, bask in the tranquility of your surroundings by relaxing on the deck. Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a 10 dollars daily fee per person for use of the facilities. In the winter, you can hit the slopes at Northstar California Resort, which are just one mile away. In warmer weather, enjoy the many water activities on the nearby shores of Lake Tahoe (eight miles southeast). Or, head over to downtown Truckee to sample the local cuisine and browse the shops for that perfect souvenir, eight miles from your door. THINGS TO KNOW

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
