This condo enjoys a prime beachfront location in the historic Nye Beach neighborhood of Newport. It's a fantastic spot for exploring on foot, with a number of restaurants and shops in the surrounding blocks. You'll also be close to the Newport Historic Bayfront (one mile), Agate Beach State Recreation Site (one mile), the renowned Oregon Coast Aquarium (two miles), and the whale-watching epicenter of Depoe Bay (13 miles). The view is the star attraction here, whether you're sipping your coffee on the covered balcony or watching the waves roll in through the living room's picture window. Summer or winter, the condo is bright and comfortable. Prepare meals with ease in the open kitchen, sit down for dinner and card games at the dining table, and stream movies by the gas fireplace afterwards - all with a view of the ocean. In the evenings, there's another TV in the bedroom, a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits, and complimentary WiFi to help you plan tomorrow's adventures.
