The condo, located on the side of this oceanfront complex, enjoys views of the water from its balcony and a location within easy walking distance of dining and shopping. Inside this ocean block condo, you'll find a polished kitchen with subway tile backsplash, a living room with a large flatscreen TV, and such at-home comforts as air conditioning and a private washer/dryer. Ocean Place is beautifully situated in the northernmost reaches of Ocean City, on an oceanfront piece of property that backs up to the dunes and the wide ocean beach. Here at the Maryland-Delaware state line, you can walk to the complex's outdoor swimming pool, the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, the Sun & Surf Cinema, Nick's Mini-Golf, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, and an assortment of excellent restaurants, sweet shops, bars, tax-free shopping, and other attractions. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets allowed No smoking (including on balconies and within 20 feet of common areas) Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
