This Cayucos, California bed & breakfast is 2 minutes’ walk to Cayucos State Beach. All rooms provide a spa bath and free Wi-Fi. Free wine is provided daily. Offering a city or ocean view, each room also provides a fireplace at On the Beach Bed & Breakfast. Designed with marble flooring, every en suite bathroom provides free toiletries. After a day at the beach, guests can enjoy a garden and sun terrace onsite at Bed and Breakfast On the Beach. Hiking trails are also nearby. Hearst Castle is just 25 miles away from On the Beach Bed and Breakfast. Morro Bay Harbor is 15 minutes’ drive away.

We pride ourselves in our home-made breakfasts, appetizers and desserts. We are always more than happy to share our local knowledge from local hidden trails to wineries you should during your visit. On The Beach Bed & Breakfast was built in 2004 as a 14 room Boutique Hotel and was originally named the Pierpointe Inn. The current owners purchased and remodeled the kitchen to produce gourmet meals, redesigned the Lobby and installed all new landscape. We continuously strive to keep our rooms above standard, while maintaining our beach charm and mystique. We have also changed the name to On the Beach Bed & Breakfast at the time of purchase. The name came from our guests who were always commenting what a great location we had right next to the pier and On the Beach.

Cayucos is one of the last beach towns in California with the charm of the 1950s. Quaint and quiet guests can enjoy nature, antiquing, dinning within walking distance of On the Beach, Bed and Breakfast and wine tasting, all without ever using a car. With a mode of transportation guests can enjoy the picturesque Paso Robles wine country, as well as award winning, world renowned wines. Hearst Castle is a premier attraction along highway 1 in San Luis Obispo county and a mere 20 minute drive from Cayucos.
