This home also has an additional family room equipped with another smart TV and is great for board game nights. Spacious and bright, the four bedrooms feature plush linens, ceiling fans, and ample storage space. When extra sleeping arrangements are needed, utilize the trundle bed, available under the double bed. Additional interior perks include a Pack-N-Play, a high chair, a separate washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, sports gear, and internet access. PLEASE NOTE: There is no garage parking available, only drive-way and street parking. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. To optimize the pool heat, please ensure the cover is on in the evening and overnight. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 50 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
