You’re also just 5 minutes from the shopping, dining, and entertainment of Port Aransas. ABOUT THE HOME After a day in the sun, cool off in the living room; kick back on the sofa (which converts to a queen bed) or one of the comfy club chairs to chat about the day’s adventures or watch a movie on the 55” TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, including a Keurig machine for your morning brew. Grab a seat at the bar for four and chat with the chef. Then, gather at the dining table for eight and enjoy a memorable meal. On the first floor, you’ll find a guest room with a queen bed and 32” TV. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination is adjacent. The primary suite features a king bed and 40” TV, and the en-suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Enjoy direct access to a private, Gulf-view balcony. Upstairs, you’ll find another suite with a king bed and 40” TV. The en-suite bath has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. A second living space with sofa and ottoman can double as a guest room; there is a twin bunk bed here with sleeper sofa, perfect for kids.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
