Enjoy a superb location just steps from the resort-style pool and luxury cabanas, as well as the beach boardwalk and on-site dining. LIVING AREA Unwind in the sunny living room, furnished with a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a 42” smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Get cooking in the sleek white kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a center island with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather at the six-seat dining table. BED & BATH This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The tranquil master bedroom has a plush king bed, 40” smart TV, walk-in closet, and private balcony with seating for two. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size bed and a 32” smart TV. A guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Enjoy the coastal breeze on a spacious balcony that offers partial Gulf views. Sip tropical drinks and relax on four Adirondack chairs. An additional balcony can be accessed via the master bedroom. PALMILLA BEACH RESORT AMENITIES Wristbands are provided to access the incredible resort amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools (unheated and open year-round). Rent a private cabana to experience ultimate poolside luxury. You’ll also enjoy food service and air-conditioned bathrooms across the boardwalk at the groomed private beach! During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
