When it comes to high-end beach hideaways, this luxury home offers the complete package – including a shimmering private pool! Bright and inviting, the 3,732-square-foot floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, four plush suites, and a convenient home office. LIVING AREA Cathedral ceilings crown the sunlit Great Room with ample seating and a TV. The family room has another TV, and the home office provides a dedicated workspace. KITCHEN & DINING Cook in the gourmet kitchen with marble countertops and top-of-the-line JennAir appliances. Serve appetizers at the oversize island for four, then enjoy meals at the dining table for eight. The table-side bar offers an ice maker and beverage fridge. BED & BATH The vaulted primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and private balcony. The spa-like en-suite has a double vanity, walk-in shower, soaking tub, and water closet. The second and third suites each have a queen bed, TV, and en-suite with tub/shower combo. The fourth suite offers twin-over-twin bunks and an en-suite with tub/shower combo. A guest bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet, while the guest bath holds a walk-in shower. A half bath adds convenience. OUTDOOR AMENITIES Swim in your private 5’ deep pool, then rinse off at the outdoor shower. The covered lounge includes a bar, TV, and ample seating. Driveway parking for three; limited street parking available. Boats/trailers not permitted on-site but can be parked nearby. Two-story home accessed via three entry steps. Fireplace not functional. In summer, rent cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas via Guest Services.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
