Welcome to our condo in Myrtle Beach.
This condo is a private owned condo and not a hotel. It is a 1 bedroom and just been newly renovated with new flooring, paint, memory foam king bed in bedroom. In living area is a murphy bed with a full/double new memory foam mattress. On the 7th floor it gives you a great view of the ocean. Balcony is bigger than most. It is an end unit so you get more space inside with 2 nice size windows. A small screened in step out patio in the bedroom. The complex is equipped with a work out center over looking the pool. An outdoor pool and jacuzzi, indoor pool with 3 jacuzzi.
We are local and live just 1 mile from the condo, so if you need any further information we are available for you. We recognize that this is so important because we are hands on with our property and with the people that rent it for their vacation. We also like to meet our renters in person and let them know who we are.
