Four bedrooms are on the main level (one has access to a lower-level deck), and the primary suite is located upstairs. Things to Know Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.
