Built at the turn of the century and thoughtfully updated with modern comfort in mind, this charming home will give you a wonderful glimpse of historic Bar Harbor. Here on the edge of Glen Mary Park on the southwest side of the village, you'll be able to walk to the heart of downtown, the oceanfront shore path, and Acadia National Park. Upon entering this single-level home, you'll be greeted by the original front porch with wrap-around walls of glass that frame views of neighboring Glen Mary Park. Step inside to find a living room for some great family conversations, a full kitchen with white appliances (including a dishwasher for stress-free clean-up), and an adjacent dining room where you can sit down for homemade meals. Toss the day's clothes in the private washer/dryer, head outside for a barbecue on the gas grill and an al fresco dinner on the fenced-in back patio, and end the evening with a movie on the flatscreen TV in the family room. When it's time to turn in, you'll have four bedrooms to choose from - a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, another queen bedroom, and two bedrooms with a pair of twin beds apiece.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
