Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - To abide by our rental terms and conditions. - To provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of USD 50, paid via TRUVI - The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay - Keep an eye out TRUVI will contact you for the next steps. Mail service is not provided at this location. While packages can be delivered to your doorstep, access to the mailbox is not available.

PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a residential area. We must be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am and the home is outfitted with a NoiseAware device and exterior cameras. Violating noise ordinances is an initial 500 USD fine. For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning that's complimentary. Our team will be getting in touch with you during your stay to coordinate the best day-time to do it. Mid-stay cleaning is available for a fee. The pool can be heated for an extra charge that must be requested and paid 36 hours before your check-in date, as it takes time to fully heat the pool. The charge to heat the pool is USD100/day (2 consecutive days minimum) and for 7 days or longer, there's a discounted rate of USD85/day. We have set up string lights for ambiance. These lights are programmed to turn off automatically by 10:00 PM each evening. Please do not turn on these lights. Please note the garage game room does not have AC but we can provide some fans. Garage fun is best as an evening activity when it's cooler. We are pleased to offer an exercise bike for your use during your stay. Please note that the use of this equipment is at your own risk. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine. By using the exercise bike, you agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur. The home is on well water with a septic tank. All pipes lead to the septic tank. Please follow these basic rules, as fees may apply if we need to repair the tank. -Never flush anything other than toilet paper. NOT EVEN flushable wipes. -Use the trash for all waste disposal. Food debris, cooking oil, fats, grease, coffee grounds, etc., go in the trash, not in the sink disposal. -Avoid using any harsh chemicals. The landscaper visits the property every Tuesday.

And surrounded by some of the most amazing golf courses in Scottsdale. As temperatures rise, it's not uncommon to encounter some of Arizona's native wildlife, including mice and insects, particularly around the pool and garden areas. Despite our best efforts to keep the premises clean and inviting, these creatures are a natural part of the desert ecosystem.
