Security gate access, two outdoor swimming pools, indoor pool (heated in winter), kiddie pool, fitness center, outdoor grills, lighted tennis courts, outside showers. All units have wireless Internet access. Clubhouse available for rental. Two parking spaces per unit. No electric car charging allowed anywhere on premises. No pets. Please note: The oceanfront pool will remain closed for the rest of the 2025 season due to extensive repairs. LOCATION: 9201 Coast Guard Road 3 BR, 2 B. Q * D * 2S. Island Club linen service with beds made. This cozy, third-floor, almost oceanfront condo is located only one building from the ocean. Primary bedroom with Queen and full bath shares a balcony with living area. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, wet bar, Smart TVs with cable, wireless Internet access. Furnished balcony. Weekly only. No smoking. No pets.
