Find the perfect setting for an Ocean City escape at this two-bedroom condo on the bayside, wonderfully located just around the corner from Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park. This condo offers a prime location for beach-goers, families, and those looking to explore Ocean City on foot. You'll be half a mile from the beach, one mile from the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, and mere blocks from restaurants, shops, mini-golf, and other sources of entertainment. The grounds of the complex even feature an outdoor pool and tennis and basketball courts for your enjoyment. This condo enjoys a particularly lovely position on the third-floor (walk-up, no elevator), with a balcony overlooking the pool, the tennis court, and spectacular nightly sunsets. Inside, you'll be greeted by all the essentials: central AC, a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits, and a comfortable and inviting living space. After a day at the beach, fix a few appetizers in the well-equipped kitchen and sit down to enjoy them at the breakfast bar, the dining room table, or one of the two tables outside on the balcony. In the evenings, gather on the sofa to stream movies on the 65-inch smart TV before retiring to two bedrooms, one of which is a primary suite with its own TV, bathroom, and balcony access. Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
