Custom-designed by a legendary architectural firm, this house exudes old-world charm while offering modern amenities and upgrades. Offering beautiful architectural details and two levels full of amenities, comfort, and enough space and privacy for everyone, your stay here will be unforgettable! The main living area features plenty of natural light from ample windows, a comfortable sofa, and two armchairs. The second living area theater room features a gigantic sectional in front of a large TV, perfect for everyone to gather for a movie night. There's also an inviting reading nook by the window, a great place to unwind and read a good book, or take advantage of the free WiFi available throughout the home. The formal dining room is elegant and filled with plenty of light, exquisite wood accents, and a large dining table. The updated gourmet kitchen has endless quartz counter space, custom cabinets, a center chef's island, and top-of-the-line appliances. Right off the kitchen is a second dining room or breakfast area, with wall-to-wall windows and direct access to the patio. On the main level, you'll find a half bathroom, a study with a sofa bed and an en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom that offers a desk and sofa bed, and has an adjacent full bathroom. Climb the stairs, and you'll find yourself on this fantastic home's second level, featuring a master bedroom and en suite bathroom with both a bath and shower, a vanity area, and a sofa bed. Down the hall, there is another bedroom with a king bed, a connecting full bathroom, and a final 4th bedroom with a king bed.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 85 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in.
