Ideally located close to both the beach and town, this three-story townhouse offers a bright, open, and spacious home base in Oceanside. It's a setting that's both convenient and delightfully private, with views of the adjacent hills from the covered patio. This townhouse sits a few blocks off I-5 in Oceanside, just one mile from a public access point to the beach. The heart of Oceanside - which is home to all sorts of restaurants, shops, museums, the pier, even the Top Gun House - is one mile north. After a day of fun at the beach, come home to a lovely community swimming pool and sundeck on the grounds. This particular home has the distinction of being the largest in the complex, and it boasts the most windows as well. The result is an inviting, light-filled living space where you can easily spend time with loved ones. Flowing into one another are a modern living room with a smart TV, a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island breakfast bar, and a cozy corner dining nook. In addition to the three bedrooms, there's an office that you can use for remote work or an additional sleeping space. Bonus features of the house include four bathrooms to pair with all four sleeping spaces, private laundry facilities, and central air conditioning. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
