During winter months, the supplementary electric heater might be needed especially if the nights are cold. If you want the pool any warmer you will need the electric heater for a daily fee prior to the check-in. Security cameras on property: The house is equipped with Ring doorbell located by the front door and Ring Floodlight camera located above the outside garage door pointing towards the driveway. As per our Homeowners Association rules, parking recreational vehicles, boats or trailers in the driveway is not permitted. Commercial vehicles may not be parked overnight in driveways. Crown Pointe East Homeowners Association requires tenants to complete Application for lease approval form and provide a copy of Government Issued Photo ID.
