Your primary suite is upstairs—the first door on the right after the staircase—with a king size bed, office, walk-in closet. You’ll share a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area and in-home laundry (1 load/day). Check-in is simple via a smart lock on the front door; park on the left side of the driveway. The home is heated by quiet hot-water baseboards (two zones); please leave thermostats as set and message us for adjustments. Cooling is via window A/C. Fast Wi-Fi throughout, streaming-ready TV in the living room, and a patio. Exterior cameras face the driveway and front entry only; there are no cameras inside. Pets are welcome with pre-approval. Stairs are required to reach the room. Close to lakes, trails and regional hospitals in Gardner, Leominster and Ayer—an ideal, low-key base for travel professionals. Quiet hours 10pm–7am keep the home restful. For remote work, the room has a desk, outlets/USB charging and strong Wi-Fi.
