The Atlantic Ocean, the dunes, and the golden sand are your front yard at Purnell House 402, an oceanfront escape on the shores of midtown Ocean City. Inside, this condo is bright, comfortable, and centrally air-conditioned. There's a full kitchen to assist in preparing beach snacks for the day, an oceanfront balcony where you can finish your morning coffee, and a living room with both a fireplace and a TV to enjoy each evening. Other at-home comforts include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi throughout the condo. Purnell House is an oceanfront property with an outdoor swimming pool in midtown Ocean City. In this wonderful location, you'll be less than a block from Coastal Highway, which is lined with all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. Enjoy easy access to the Ocean City Expressway and the Assawoman Bay Bridge (one block west), such local favorites as Fager's Island (half a mile west) and Seacrets (one mile south), Jolly Roger Amusement Park (two miles south), and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk (two miles south). Things to Know The fireplace is inoperable and not for guest use. No smoking allowed, including on balconies and in common areas; violators of this rule are subject to a 100 dollars fine. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
