The single-level condo is bright and clean, with multiple areas to relax. The living room features a sofa bed and a couple of recliners aimed at the TV, as well as a wood-burning fireplace - perfect for when the weather gets cold. A six-seat dining table provides a great setting for family meals or playing one of the many board games you'll find in the closet. A kitchen with fully updated amenities lets you save money by cooking, and a dishwasher makes clean-up a breeze. Stools at the bar allow for company while you cook and make for a great place to enjoy wine and appetizers. Step outside to either the front or the back to relax in the sun. The front boasts an enclosed patio area with a table and a gas grill, while out back is an open deck with lounge chair. Watch bicyclists ride by or listen to the delightful sounds of nature all around. There are two bedrooms and two baths in this condo - one bedroom features a king bed, and the other features a king bed and a twin bed. Both have their own full private baths with showers. Between the two rooms and the sofa bed. A washer/dryer is available for your convenience, which may come in handy after long rallies on the tennis courts or swimming in the pool at SHARC. This retreat is perfect for a multi-generational family or a couples' retreat - with the Village at Sunriver just over a mile away, and the stables the same distance in the other direction, it won't be too far to get anywhere.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
