Our peaceful retreat is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a stylish, spacious, and detail-oriented home that offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. One of the highlights is taking a leisurely stroll along the beach and enjoying the amazing sunset that Puget Sound is known for. In summer, rent a kayak to explore hidden gems. We’re also ideally located for guests visiting nearby attractions and institutions: Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center – just a 10-minute drive to this Olympic-size swimming and diving facility, host of national and international competitions. Perfect for athletes, coaches, and families attending swim meets. Highline College – close by, making our home an excellent choice for visiting parents, guest lecturers, and academic programs. We are also within 20 minutes of Seattle’s stadium district (Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park), home to the Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders, and world-class concerts. Sports & Entertainment – about 20 minutes to Tacoma Dome, a major stadium that frequently hosts concerts, sporting events, and exhibitions. Senior-friendly design – our single-level layout, calm neighborhood, and easy access make this home especially comfortable for seniors and long-stay guests seeking a safe, relaxing environment. About Redondo Beach: Located on the Puget Sound along Redondo Beach Drive, this waterfront provides public and a 1.1-mile boardwalk. This urban waterscape is a hub for diving, kayak, fishing, and dining. Stop by the MaST Environmental Center which features an aquarium with touch tanks, a monthly speaker series, and a gray whale exhibit. Our vacation home located in a very quiet neighborhood, about 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive from Redondo beach. Take I-5 S Highway to 272nd ST exit . From our vacation home is about 2 minutes drive to Redondo beach. 7 minutes drive to downtown federal way . 20 minutes drive to Sea Tac airport.
