This private room is located in the city of Riverside, in a safe and calm neighborhood. The private room is fully furnished and complete. It has a Queen size bed with its private bathroom, sofa bed, dining table, microwave 3-in-1 , a coffee maker., and small refrigerator. It has its own entrance and access to the shared amenities like a swimming pool, patio area to relax, BBQ grill, Laundry Room, and gym equipment.

Iam married and I have two boys. We have 5 years living in Riverside. My husband and I both work from home, and have been hosting for about 3 years now. We enjoy meeting people and providing a great experience for everyone, we take pride in what we do.

It's a nice neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly, not so much noise, safe environment, and good athmosphere.
