A very quite and clean neighborhood. The neighborhood has a nice lake you can fish at or walk along, with plenty of parks and playgrounds around for the kids! Over 15 fast food spots and restaraunts within a mile radius. There is also a movie theatre and bowling alley around the corner. Plus being only 15 minutes from tempe and 25 minutes from scottsdale, theres something to do for everyone!
