This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom vacation cabin is located just three miles from Deadwood. This retreat boasts fantastic views, paved roads, an attached garage, A/C, a family room, a loft, and a sloped grass yard in the back. This retreat offers forested views whether you are sitting in the hot tub or soaking up the sun on the top deck. The open floor plan allows for easy movement throughout the home. The living room on the main floor has a large wood-burning fireplace and large windows that offer natural light and incredible views. Mix all this with colorful Quakeys in the fall and you won't be disappointed. Ridgeview is adjacent to Forest Service and Rocky Mountain Elk Preserves. The main floor hosts the main bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower/steam combo and access to the deck. The loft hosts one bedroom with a private bathroom, a reading nook, and extra sleeping. The basement includes two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, along with a family room, bar, and access to the outdoor patio and hot tub. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
