There endless nature & Beauty everywhere you look! The Cottage has 2 bedrooms the first bedroom has a queen bed the 2 nd bedroom has two custom made adult full size bunk beds. The cottage can sleep 6 adults very comfortably. A large living room with a leather sectional. A fully stocked kitchen a farm table for entertaining. A large deck over looking the pond with seating. A large fire pit and we supply the wood just bring fire starter logs to make your lives easier lol

Welcome to Roscoe Cottage Pet Friendly! We are delighted to have you as our guest. Our property offers a variety of accommodations, including a Cabin a Cottage, a luxury RV Adventure in the woods. Our newest addition is our themed 3 Tiny huts a 2 person adventure with a bathhouse ensuring that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We provide information on local attractions, restaurants, and activities in Roscoe, Calicoon, and Livingston Manor to help you make the most of your visit. Upon arrival, we will ensure you are familiar with everything on the property. Mike, & I, and our 2 very friendly dogs live on-site to assist with any needs you may have, while also respecting your privacy. Whether you need help building a bonfire or have other requests, we are here to make your stay enjoyable. Each accommodation has its own private fire pit, deck, and BBQ area, providing ample space and privacy, although there are other guests on the property. Our past guests have loved the communal atmosphere, outdoor games, and peaceful setting. Our property is ideal for family get-togethers, reunions, birthday parties, and even wedding parties. Contact us about renting the entire property for your special events we can comfortably 24 guests. We welcome well-behaved, human & Dog -friendly pets at no extra charge, with a maximum of two dogs per rental. They must be able to run off-leash like in a dog park.
