Enjoy your stay in Hatteras Village when you choose Sandalwood Sunrise at the Durant Station Condominiums as your starting point. This cozy and clean two-bedroom condo sits oceanfront on the second level of the Durant complex. Located just off the elevator, Sandalwood Sunrise is a convenient choice for those looking for easy access to and from the beach and beyond. Enter the condo to find the first bedroom to the left featuring two twin beds, a flatscreen TV, and bath access with a tub shower. A second door to the bath leads to the hall servicing the main living area as well. Across the hall is a king primary room with rich furnishings, a large flatscreen TV with DirecTV, and a dual vanity primary bath with a shower/tub condo. Ceiling fans throughout keep the air flowing through this breezy space. Walk down the hall to the main living area, consisting of the kitchen and oceanfront seating area, with a screen door that leads to your own private balcony. The seating area is equipped with a couch and a loveseat, a flatscreen TV with DirecTV, a DVD player, and a Vizio soundbar for enhanced audio performance. The kitchen is fresh and bright with four seats at the breakfast bar, plus updated cabinets as well as tile floors throughout the common spaces. On the oceanfront deck, guests can enjoy lunch and a view at the Adirondack style bistro table with four chairs. Sandalwood Sunrise is an excellent example of the kind of comfort and convenience that Durant Station Condominiums offer. THINGS TO KNOW This home has access to a community pool, the community pools in our area are typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community pools are operated at the discretion of the community HOA so the availability schedule may be subject to change without notice.
