Big St Germain Lake is a popular recreation site and is widely known for its terrific fishing, so don't forget to bring your poles and swim trunks, because your vacation is about to be filled with sun, sand, and lots of good times. Standing on a double, private lot with 268 feet of sand frontage positioned on the south shore of the lake, this home boasts beautiful bedrooms on each of its three levels. The home's great room enjoys an open concept dressed with lots of comfortable furniture, attractive wall art and decor, and soft, carpeted floors, all crowned by a handsome stacked-stone wood-burning fireplace. The full kitchen is equipped with a center prep island with barstool seating for five, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you need to make your next culinary adventure a joy to prepare. You can serve up to 12 dinner guests at the round dining table or take your meals outside to the furnished wraparound deck to enjoy the amazing lake views while you eat. Off the great room, you'll find two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, plus a full bath. Upstairs, the loft enjoys spectacular lake views and the main bedroom featuring a new, high-end queen mattress and a TV for some late-night entertainment, plus a full bath right next door. The lowest level features a large entertainment area with patio access, comfy furniture, a mounted flatscreen TV, and the fourth bedroom boasting two twin bunks and a queen bed with a new, high-end mattress, plus patio access.
