The home was completed in June '22 and is full of high end furniture and finishes. Enjoy your stay! Swing Bridge House features two Primary Suites with King Beds and en-suite bathrooms. The VIP Suite features a Queen Bed and an additional suite has two twin beds. The home accommodates eight guests and has three full and one half bathrooms. Pet friendly. Enjoy the fishing off boardwalk outside your door, go for a bike ride or kayak, stroll into either town for a great meal at one of the many restaurants & bars nearby, or just sit and relax watching all the harbor activity. This location is perfect for getting out on the water, or visiting one of our nationally renowned beaches (Douglas or Oval Beach). Public boat launch and transient boat slips are available within walking distance. Beach chairs are also available for your use. Swing Bridge House offers a large balcony with Kalamazoo Lake views! There is room in the driveway to park two vehicles, the garage is not included in the reservation. The complex - Boardwalk at Swing Bridge is located on Kalamazoo Lake. All beds are new and feature plenty of comfy pillows. BOSE soundbar. High-end kitchen appliances and cookware. Ground level: There is a primary suite with ensuite located on the ground level, here the bedroom features a king bed and a 55" smart TV. Main level: The main level is ideal for gathering and cooking in its open concept kitchen all while enjoying the spectacular views of the lake and downtown Saugatuck. This level also features a 65" smart TV with Bose soundbar, a guest bathroom and a large private deck which features loads of great outdoor seating.
