Completely renovated, this updated condo retreat offers a beach experience and a private space located next to the historical Assawoman Canal- constructed in 1891! Furnished with cool sophisticated décor, this retreat and boasts a large two-story great room. Any downtime will be well-spent on the screened porch with naps on the porch, lounging in the rockers with a good book, sharing a meal on the round dining table, or sunning yourself on the deck. The property abounds with stunning views of the pine forests around the canal. Dance to music on the Bluetooth sound system in the great room. Keep your electronics charged and ready with USB ports in each room. On the main level, there are three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms, one suite with a king bed and adjoining bath with walk-in shower, the other two have twin beds. The second-level houses a second suite with a king bed and a separate bath with a walk-in shower. You want to sleep late? Blackout curtains are present in each bedroom. If your office requires you to bring work to the beach, there is an office with a large PC screen on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have desks for work as well. With the super-fast fiber WiFi, you will be able to connect flawlessly! To entertain yourselves, there are plenty of books and games, plus five Smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime-capable with guest's own account), and Blu-ray in the great room.
