This adorable beach cottage, aptly named Sea La Vie, proves that location is everything. Situated right at the end of the Rudee Inlet Bridge and just across from Croatan Beach, you’ll be minutes away from the boardwalk, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and more. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom home boasts a bright, open floor plan with cable TV and free WiFi throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a large island/bar, perfect for family meals and entertaining. After dinner, relax in the family room or retreat to any of the three main bedrooms, all with their own TVs for evening entertainment. Step outside to the deck, where you can grill and enjoy the fully fenced backyard. A large shed is available for storing your beach gear, and the home comes with two adult bikes and one kids' bike, so you can easily ride to the beach or explore the nearby area. If you love to fish or want to charter a boat for deep-sea fishing or a romantic cruise, Rudee Inlet is just across the bridge. To soak up the sun at Croatan Beach, simply turn right out of the driveway and a quick left onto Croatan Road. Public parking is available at 920 Vanderbilt Avenue, along with street parking. Or, head north to the Virginia Beach Boardwalk and beaches just a few minutes drive away.
