The open kitchen is in a perfect spot as it looks out onto the backyard, where you’ll find a brand new outdoor dining area waiting to accommodate your entertaining needs or to simply enjoy just preparing a family dinner in the garden. Unwind in the living area and share a fun chat with your friends or snuggle up on the couch and read a good book after lunch. This family-friendly retreat also features a convenient private gas grill in the patio, perfect for cookouts. Plus, the outdoor shower will help you rinse off the sand after spending the day at the beach. Take the scenic four-mile drive down to Hanalei where you'll find amazing beaches such as Black Pot and Waioli Beach Park all surrounding Hanalei Bay. You’re sure to forget the time while lounging on the beach with all your beach relaxation needs provided, from beach mat, chairs, sun tent, and a cooler with wheels. Take the provided bicycle to one of our favorite local parks or quickly pick something up at the local grocery that’s only one and a half miles away. Take a day with the kids to explore Princeville Ranch just two miles south where you can go horseback riding, ziplining, or go a little off-road on an ATV. If you're tired of being on land and water, take to the air with Blue Hawaiian where you'll get a bird's eye view of all of the Garden Isle including Hanalei, and where they filmed Jurassic Park. When you’re done for the day, pamper yourself and enjoy a revitalizing massage at Halele' a Spa at the Princeville resort just around the golf course, or stay indoors and call up Paradise Kauai Mobile Massage to pamper you in the comfort of the Ka Honu Lani home. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
