Quietly nestled in the woods of Wall Point, this property includes a summer cottage and a garage apartment on the other side of the deck. Walk across the road to launch your sea kayak from the shared dock on Linekin Bay, take afternoon strolls to the beach at Barrett Park one mile west, and grab lobster rolls for lunch in bustling Boothbay Harbor two miles west. Revel in the Linekin Bay views as the sea breeze brushes your face from this serene property. Overlook and Seaview are also only 1.2 miles away from the center of Booth. Spend your mornings kayaking, hiking, and jogging on the surrounding country roads, and return home to relax in the comfortable living space.
