This Seabrook Island villa is a beautiful home on a half-acre lot with fairway views of Crooked Oaks' 12th hole. 2605 Seabrook Island Road is conveniently located mid-island with a short bike ride to the beach or lake house. The home enjoys a spacious open layout with a bright and comfortable living area. The large, well-appointed kitchen and dining area allow a family to gather, enjoy excellent meals, watch television, and play games. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with skylights and sliding doors that lead to an outdoor living area with cozy seating, a table with an umbrella, and a gourmet gas grill. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with twin bunk beds for younger family members and a private full bath. Some amenities are a Keurig coffee maker, four TVs, free WiFi, and an outdoor shower.
