To one side, the well-equipped, full kitchen boasts all the utensils, accessories, and stainless steel appliances you need (including a double wall oven) to prepare your most complex dishes. Gather for meals at the kitchen table or head out to the furnished patio for the perfect alfresco experience. After meals, the lower-level living area is ideal for socializing or quiet afternoon reading while the upstairs living space boasts a TV ready to stream all your favorite channels (using your own accounts). Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
