A NOTE ON PROPERTY ACCESSABILITY: To access the property, there are approximately 3–5 steps at the front entryway. Once inside, you'll be on the second floor, where you'll find the main living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Alternatively, the basement can be accessed either from the upstairs level or through the garage. If entering through the garage, there are no stairs to navigate. Guests can park directly outside the garage, and someone inside the home can unlock the door by entering through the front door, going downstairs to the garage level, and opening it from the inside. The basement features one bedroom, one full bathroom, and a second living area. Please note that there is a full flight of stairs between the basement and the upstairs level, both when ascending and descending.
